19" rims on a A4 '02
Being very new to the Audi scene, and still 3 months away from taking delivery of my car, it is the perfect time to start shopping for nice wheels.....
I very much like the BBS LM's, I guess 19x8,5 all round is perfect, but is it also possible to run a wider wheel at the rear ? 19x10 ? Without fender rolling ?
Thanks for your help.

I've seen that done on rear-wheel-drive cars, like BMW, to make the driving wheels stick better to the road, but on an Audi?
I'm assuming you're not getting quattro, but if you are, I don't think having different wheel/tire widths is a good idea.
So, on a front-wheel-drive car, what's the point of doing that? Simply for looks? I must admit, the back of the car would probably look fantastic though ;-)
Here's the best picture of '02 A4 with 19x8.5 rims I've seen so far.

Thanks for the advice guys !

The A8 shown in the "A8000" link runs 245/35-19 on 10" wheels in the front, and an amazing 305/25-19 on 11.5" wheels in the rear.
The view from the rear looks impressive, but I would expect that this car has a rather serious problem with understeer.

VW-Audi Dreams
