I'm down to 3 tires, recomondations?
I'm looking for an overall improvement in handling without sacrificing to much on the ride comfort and tire noise side of things. I also want a tire that decently resists tramlining/tracking. I'm not a fast or overly agressive driver but I do enjoy some spirited cornering.
I've narrowed down my search to Brigstone SO-3, Perilli P7000 or Dunlop 9000 in 235/45/17. I'm leaning towards the SO-3's right now.
On the wheel side, I was thinking of 17" OZ Supperlagera (sp?).

S-03's will tramline a bit...
I have the Superleggera/S-03 combo and love it though. I don't mide the tramlining much because it just feels more precise to me. The S-03's make you feel like the car is on rails through tight curves and cornering.

I don't think you'll regret S-03's ...

What's your point of reference? What tires do you have on now? ...
SP9000: less noise, more comfort, dry/wet grip not as good as S-03.
S-03: best dry and wet performance, slightly more noise, but nothing to cry about.
P7000: this tire has not been getting good reviews here on AW. It's an all-season after all, isn't it? Totally different category than SP9000 and S-03. If you need all-season rubber, look into SP5000, or Pilot Sport A/S.

I've got 16" Mich MXM4 all seasons right now. There are two Perilli's 7000 one is a summer
performance tire and the other is the the 7000 Super Sport (I think) which is an all-season.

They do tramline a bit, but you get used to it rather quickly and after that, it doesn't intrude on
your driving. EXCELLENT performance tire. Love it, even with the tramlining (which, like I said, you get over rather quickly).
