OZ/Kumho setup - many thanks Eddie!
Hi all,
Well after much indecisiveness - 7 months worth - I finally pulled the trigger on new wheels and tires for the track. OZ Chrono Evolution in 17x8, and 225/45/17 Kumho Ecsta V700. Many thanks to Eddie at Tirerack for performance feedback on the various tires, and also the advice on wheels. But I'm most appreciative of the tremendous service! I telephoned Eddie last Tuesday to place my order, and everything was on my porch waiting for me on Thursday evening after work. Mint condition, all the hardware in order, tires heat-cycled as requested.
I can't wait to run 'em in two weeks at LRP!!
