Is $95 a good price...

to mount 4 - 235/40/18's, with balancing, valve stems, etc...? If not, what is?

ok I guess - not too many places have the tools to work on 18" wheels.

sounds expensive......should be more like $60......that's what I pay

I agree with djnelson. Should be around $15 a wheel to mount and balance.

don't make price an issue

for low-profile tires, ignore price, and focus on finding a shop that knows what they're doing. you'd be surprised how hard it is to mount low-profile tires and if the shop isn't experienced they'll *destroy* your rims (and if you're really lucky they'll even deny doing it) -- and that will cost you a *lot* more.

oh yeah -- it should go without saying that chains like discount or hogan tire are out of the question.

what area of the country? the shop actually did it without destroying the rim? i'm amazed.
