Auto-x/Track R-Compound tire questions
235s are about as wide as I can fit I think, considering im dropped 2" all around.Ill be ordering from tirerack, so, given the choices (depending on size) between the Kumho Ecsta V700, Victoracer V700, or the Yokohoma AO32, whats the best? I need decent wet traction in addition to dry because we run rain or shine, and I don't want to change my tires from run to run if it sprinkles a bit. TIA all.
The 032 is a weak, weak tire. Kumhos sound more reasonable if they have a good size. What car are you running?
My A4 has Eurosport/Eibach springs, Bilstein shocks, Stoptechs, Neuspeed 19mm rear sway, Neuspeed front subframe brace. Never had any issue with rubbing.
Hope that helps,

This picture shows an AO32R that has been through 6 weekends of driving events and still going strong.

If you want a combination auto-x/track day tire, then run the Kumhos. Call me & I can give you more info on the differences of them if you want to discuss.
