Advice? Sure. I have posted on this before.
Staggered is not recommended on Quattro, buy the tire mfrs, definitley not by Audi, and we do not recommend either.
The diameters would need to match EXACTLY no not cause excess wear (or worse) on the Quattro system. Problems is a 245 width would lilkely be too wide to fit. With a 235/35R19 all around is a safe bet & the only real option that I recommend. I know it works, will not cause problems & does work & look good on the car.
Anything else? You are on your own.
