Please help to see if this will work for A4 2.8L

Im about to pick up some 19in Brabus Monoblock VI's 2 pieces on the cheap from a buddy. Dunlop tire. I have stock 2001 A4 2.8L with Sport and winter package. Will these work with little modification? Would I need a spacer? if so what size? Also, will this require me to roll the fenders to prevent rubbing? Thanks. New to Audiworld, looking to pimp out the ride.
