should fit without any issues
I run an et35, 19x8.5 wheel on a 235/35/19 tire on my B6 A4 and even though I'm lowered on Eibachs I've experienced no issues.
The B6 can run an offset of anywhere between et45 and et30 without issues but you may need a specific spoke pattern to clear the larger S4 calipers.
