You've got to pick the wheels with the right specs...
That's why I said to go to TR site. They've tested all these wheels so you know you're not going to have any fitment issues on your car.
As far as deep dish, you're probably not going to find it because the offset on the A6 is such that kind of prevents it from having a deep lip. Nothing to do with quattro, just the overall design of the car.
