18" Swings?

Is the 18" version of the Swing wheel available anywhere other than the Audi dealership? I didn't even realize they existed until poking around on here; I've always liked the look of the 16" version on my A4 but want to upgrade to an 18" wheel. This might be the perfect solution.

Only through dealers and fitment is for the D2 A8, so...

expensive as hell and you'd need spacers to put them on your A4.
