Mercedes vs. Audi fitment?

Anything I need to look out for when looking at aftermarket wheels that were specified for MB (CLK, etc) fitment? I know I'm looking for 5x112 ET 35 (for a UrS6), but what about the hub bore? Anything else to worry about?

bolt size and hubcentric ring size.

What are the differences, specifically?

Will one work OK on the other, but not vice-versa?

Neither will work with the other. (more)

You'll need to get the correct sized bolts, and usually a hubcentric ring of the correct size (well 4 of them) can be purchased through a dealer that sells those wheels. Obviously if the wheel is Mercedes OEM, you may not have the option of switching rings, but usually you can via aftermarket. My OZ SLs were originally on a Merc. The hubcentric rings needed to be replaced, as well as all bolts.
