I am looking to purchase the red center cap (pictured above) for a set of BBS LM's (19x8.5 5x112). Can someone point me in the right direction?

have you contacted BBS or TireRack? BTW...where did you get those lugnuts?
The BBS wheel install kit for my CH's came with plain RAD lugnuts with BBS stamped on them. That's a hot look you got there with the red cap and lugs to go with your calipers!
