Wheel bolt works loose. What's going on here?

There is one wheel bolt on the LF that will not stay tight. After a dozen or so HPDE laps it takes about 20 degrees before the torque wrench clicks. All the others are fine. These are 17" Ronal R38's if that matters.

I think I saw a thread on this a looong time ago, but can't find it now.

What do I need to do? New bolt? NeverSieze? New wheel?

Causing issue as it broke down.

Take a wire brush to the thread of the bolt and then chase out the hole threads.

Visually inspect both for any thing wrong.

A couple or 3 of the threads were fluxored - no idea how that happened.

So I'm off to Jose Eurotech on Monday - he has the right size tap for the hub threads.
