HELP i think i have done extremely stupid!!!
today i took a trip to my local scrap dealer and found some nice tieres for my audi.
BUT here is the deal:
it was 2 195,65,15 and 2 205,65,15
the 195 ones in front and the 205 ones at the rear.
and now i started to think. i have quattro,
and 195 is a little bit smaller than 205.
will that kill my gearbox?? or is it safe to drive with?
tha car is a 1989 100q avant
please ansver quik, since i have to drive 600km tomorrow....

ok found a solution
after reading Katmans post in 100/200/v8 forum. i decided to not drive with them.
but my brother is storing his winter wheels at my house, so im gonna candibalice his wheels.
and since its illegal to drive here with studded winter wheels, in the summer here
im gonna destroy his brand new nokian whinter wheels.
(ripping out the studds)
I JUST CANT WAIT TO SEE HIS FACE when he sees what i have done. hehehe
(call 110 (norwagian 911) in about 20 hours)
if u newer hear from me agean , he has probably killed me.

Re: hope you are joking. Just rent a car or buy set of two tires for the trip
if you can show me an car renting shop or tiere shop that is open at 3 in the nigth il do it ...
(i live in the middle of nowhere)
and scince i have to be at the oter side of norway at 9 in the morning,
i just dont have thime to get me a new set of tieres or rent a car.
but on the other hand it cheaper to buy a new set of good quality tieres than TO PAY THE FINE for driving with studded teres!!!!!!!
