repairable wheel?

is it repairable? any welder recommendations in the nyc/nj/li area? thanks in advance.

I just saw your post. I posted a similar question above. I had the exact same thing happen to me when I hit a pothole. The crack in my wheel looks identical to the one you have pictured. It would seem it could be ground open a little and then welded. Why not? I'd be interested in hearing if someone has done this.
