Reworking wheels , is it possible?
Is it possible to rework a wheel such as the following?

Do the little spokes toward the outer edge do anything structurally to the wheel?

The pictures did not appear. I own a wheel repair and refinishing company called NU-RIM. I am located in MI, But I take orders through the mail. I can repair any wheel if more than 90% of the wheel is there. I can match the oem finish also. I can not do chrome but can do polished alluminum. I am connected with a well qualified chrome company if it does need chrome after the repair work is done. I will beat all competitor pricing. ANd all of our work is guaranteed for life.
