Best all-season tire for B7 S4.

Best all-season tire for B7 S4.
I am in a desperate need of new tires, however, this time I am going to deviate from my usual - dedicated set for summer and winter - strategy and try all- seasons. Obviously I want to pick the best tire out there. I looked at the tires on tirerack.com and two caught my attention: Michelin Pilot Sport A/S and Pirelli PZero Nero M&S. Besides the price differences what else is different between those two, what would I sacrifice by going with the Pirellis over Michelin? Are there any other tires I should be looking at?
