wheel recomendations under a budget....17s?
1st off im on a budget looking at $1500-1600 with tires.
preferably a mesh wheel with a lip but open to sugestions. no chrome please. (maybe a 5 star or a mesh design w/ no lip). Daily driving on bad philly roads...which is why im afraid to go with 18's.

i was looking at the AR1 & AR2....kind of like the AR2's i think...do u know how deep the lip is on them?
and im a little lost as to what offset to get?
i would like them to sit something like:

any tire recomendations with this wheel? daily driving...bad roads...spring summer tire.
and even if you could roughly quote what i would be looking at for a wheel/tire package & shipping from TireRack?
