gary@tirerack: Best summer tire for my 02 A6
Looking to replace my summer shoes. Have winter shoes and wheels so no need for all-season. Performance and noise rate high. Wear not so much. Recommendations?

I've had good luck with the Goodyear F1-GSD3 (on a S4 tho). Trying Dunlop SP Sport MAXX next
For a street tire, the GSD3 did pretty much what I asked of it. Wear is roughly 25k miles (250 track miles included), and its at 2-3/32nd of an inch tread left. Very awesome in the rain.
