Paint on my Ultraleggeras was eaten away slightly, and guy at Tirerack first claim I used...
an acid based wheel cleaner. At first I thought it's slightly possible cause I don't look at the label every time I use it, even though I've gone through 2 bottles now (don't always use the same type) and used it on my previous 2 sets of rims over the last year and a half. But I checked the bottle and it says "No acid formula", so now I can't wait to see what excuse I get for my rims not being replaced. Basically all 4 rims have parts where black is coming through the Silver paint, and I'm not paying for 4 brand new rims. One of the rims I tried scraping off the black junk, and now they say I voided the warranty on one, so I'll settle for just three of my rims being replaced, but we shall see.
