A4 Wheel question

I have a 96 A4 with the 5 spoke wheels. I was looking into purchasing a new set of wheels for snow tires. The serial number for my wheels is 7JX16H2ET45; the number for the wheels (also 5 spoke) I'm looking at is 7JX16H2ET37. I'm trying to confirm that these wheels will fit and what the significance of the last 2 digits is. Offset? Small difference in width?

I'm not surprised that the dealer didn't know what the codes mean.

ET is the offset--thus they are 8mm further outward toward the fenders.

Both are the same 7" width--the first digit.
