'04 A4 USP winter wheel/tire question

I found somebody with an '04 A4 Avant Quattro selling their winter wheel/tire package. I am wondering if since they fit an '04 A4 Avant, will they definately fit my '04 A4 Ultrasport sedan Quattro? The fitment info is below, and any help is appreciated:

"Tire: Dunlop Winter Sport M3. 215/55HR16
264-038-802 93H

Wheel: Borbet. Rim width range 6.00 to 7.50.
16X7 5-112 ET40 MFS BOR T-WR
191003 (72.56 RING)

There is also a 57 mm insert ring."

I recognize the 2" difference in wheel size (OEM tires are 235/40-18), but I figure the difference in sidewall size should make the ride height difference negligible.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated, I am buying them from out of state and if they show up at my house and don't fit, I'd be bummed.

They'll work find as long as the USP didn't get larger front brakes (I don't think it did)

Tire size is correct.

USP has the same brakies. Does the offset and stuff for the wheels look correct?

Yes, ET40 should work fine for a 16x7 wheel with 215/55/16

That sale fell through (Damn Ebay!) If somebody is selling wheels that fit their 02 Passat 4motion, should they fit my 04 A4?

4) Dunlop Graspic DS-2 Winter tires 205/55R16

(4) Borbet 16x7 alloy wheels

(4) centering rings (2002 Passat)

(4) Borbet wheel center caps
