Tire Rack question...

I am trying to order wheels and tires but I am being told the wheels are out of stock. I am curious if this is based on the nearest warehouse and if they could be sourced elsewhere?

The wheel is the ASA JH9 with the Black finish (I would also take the dark gray color but I don't see it in the size I need).
