my front wheel makes a knocking sound
i have a 97 A4 and it makes a knocking sound on the front right wheel everytime a hit a bump(even small bumps) or pot hole. I was told it was the ball joint so i replaced the upper and lower but the sound wont stop. Someone else suggested the shocks may be loose somewhere. Either way, i havent been able to get a 100% diagnosis on it,nobody is sure. Has anyone had a similar problem?? can somebody help with suggestions or possible solutions??
