Lots of people like the BFG Traction TA
They come in H or V rated, either of which will work fine on your A4.
The biggest complaint with them is that they are noisy. I don't think they're too bad though. Then again I am used to driving dedicated summer & winter tires, both of which are noisier than all-season tires.
