Best all-season tires that fit 235/40/18 in. ~ $150 or less for a B7 S4?

Best all-season tires that fit 235/40/18 in. ~ $150 or less for a B7 S4?
I see good reviews for the Yokohama YK520 on discount tire.. Any other tires I should consider?
My requirements are:
-decent traction in snow
-good grip in wet
-comfortable and quiet
-reasonable grip in dry
tread life is not as important, but I dont want tires that have tread separating at 8k miles or quality control issues...
