TireRack took 20 hours to deliver from time of order. What took so long?

Gary - Why didn't you hand deliver my snow tire to colorado back in October..
I feel left out and since it was slower in October than now you should have had the time??? Plus it took 3 days. WoW.. Thats the last time i order from Tirerack.
I better go to discount tire and spend more $$ and get uneducated ****ty service.. :-)
