Paging Tirerack: First time posting in the wheel/tire forum...couple ?s...
What I have:
2001 B5 S4
with a few mods (stage 3-) less than 300 whp
Looking for a tire for my stock wheels (225/45/17). I live in the north east (NJ) and am looking for a good tire for my region (snow, rain, dry). Dont wanna spend too much less than $100 per tire. Not trying to be cheap, I just figure in time I will upgrade to a set of wheels and then I will put money onto a set of good tires on that. Now what I am not sure of is if I should go with just a summer tire or an all-season tire. I chose not to drive my car in the salt so I rarely drive my car in the snow...only to have some fun
. What, if any, solution would you have for me?Appreciate all your help!!!
TIA
Tim
