Gary: Replacements for 2001 A4 Sport Pack
Hi...had Pirelli 225 45 17 91Y P6000. Want an all-season that will corner well, wear well, smooth and QUIET!
Considering:
Mich Primacy MXV4 Touring (but concerned they may be a bad match for car, not responsive enough)
Mich Pilot Sport A/S
Mich Pilot Exalto A/S
Yoko Avid W4S
Yoko Advan S.4.
Your advice would be much appreciated. What would you go with for NJ roads? I'm not a racer, though I like the tight handling..thanks!

If you like faster steering response and great handling in an all season tire the Advan S4 would be among the best available. The W4S will be a step down in responsiveness and cornering but will last a bit longer and have a bit softer ride. While the Exalto A/S and Primacy MXV4 are great tires for their catagories, they are a noticeable step down in responsiveness.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR8&url=/tires/index.jsp">Tires</a></li></ul>
