I'm getting more lateral g's from the dabs. the sole is too greasy

Ha, sand dabs...

Reminds me of the scene in Spirit of St. Louis, where Jimmy Stewart walks into the shop to meet the fellas that're gonna be building his plane, and the one guy's cooking sand dabs on a aluminum skin with an acetylene torch.
