Default Crazy today at Miller in the rain, snow, hail and slush.

It was snowing at my house this morning, so I decided to take the R32 down the mountain to the track. The S4 Avant still has R-compounds on it and I was going there to drive hot laps around the track for some corporate event in the schools Mustangs. Track/Air temps were less than 40 degrees and the track was very wet with standing water in many spots. I scared the **** out of my riders as the RWD Mustangs were easy to get very sideways. On the east track was an Open Track day, so I took the R32 out while it was raining hard. Great four wheel drifts and it got really interesting when the hail fell so fast it was like driving on marbles. I stayed out for over an hour just having a blast until my hands were just to cold to continue. It was one of the most engaging sessions of the season.

Sounds like a blast. Why leave the S4 at home? R-comps are still fun in the wet

I was on street tires, so it was lapping faster. It had some cool new graphics on it.

No fun in the snow:-( They are slicks with no tread depth.
