Bring the modified Audi or the Spec Miata to Infineon this year?

Last year I brought both..this year, that is not an option. Since my A4 is working well..I just might bring it this time...and crank down the PSS9s...and run 100 octane...with my RA1s...

What say you Motorsports forum?

It is an Audi event...but I did buy the Spec Miata to race and to be my dedicated TRACK car. Decisions..decisions.

I have more fun in the Miata....

than I ever did in the S4. Plus, I've learned way more in a year with the miara than I ever did with the S4....

Getting tired of getting past in the straight by the likes of Bauer/PatSoCal/BennettMobile

Like I am standing still...90-95 bhp only goes so far in the straights.

unless you're hiding an extra 300 hp or so...

Track car, my S4 is broke and on the trailer from Laguna last week..

sould have taken the miata. Could't resist at laguna though, as you know you need lots of HP there. Just finished prepping the miata for Infineon.

While I'm certain that tracking our MINI (non-S) has made me a better driver, the lack of power is a big turn-off.

Conversely, driving a pig can be satisfying too. I love it when I'm able to fill up the mirrors of lighter cars in the corners.
