Price under MSRP

Upstate NY dealers are tight as hell with going below MSRP....$500 under is best I can do....any experiences out there to lead me to want to drive 4-6 hours to buy out of state??

Yeah,small markets are not NEARLY as competitive...

It's unfortunate for the buyer, and the dealer, but conditions are ALOT different in Scranton, Binghamton, Rochester, Syracuse, etc. There's not much either can do about it, though. I mean, if a dealer gets seven A4s a month, what's the point of him selling them all for $900 - $1000 over invoice? It's just not good business. On the other hand, if a buyer in one of those small markets is aware that he CAN buy a car at "big city"

kinds of numbers, who's to stop him.
