So did anyone see the "Mother's Import Auto Show" on Speedvision this weekend? (german special)
Instead of covering the normal ricers, they did a special german show. What a ****ing joke. The first car they covered was a '68 bug with about a 5g paint job, a grand on the interior and a whole bunch of money spent to chrome out the engine in the rear. The next was a completely stock M3...except for 12g's in stereo and surround sound equiptment, like a DVD player and tv's...then, and this is the kicker...there was a '91 Saab 900 series...COMPLETELY stock on the outside and inside, and this is how the convo went between the owner and the commentator for speedvision (from what i recall):
"so seeing as how this saab is completely stock on the inside and the outside, i'll assume you put all of your money into the engine?"
"yup, i wanted to surprise other racers by having a saab thats really fast."
"so what do these things come with stock as far as horse power?"
"stock, they come around 160hp"
"so after all your work, what kind of horse power are you producing?"
"After the work i have done, i am around 220hp now"
hahahahah! what a ****ing joke...I cant believe speedvision thought this car was badass enough to make it a feature german car during their coverage of the import show.
