Basically, my '99 A4 1.8tqms which was released from production on 10/2 is STILL ON THE DOCK IN GERMANY! (Status F) Nobody can tell me why, and this has entirely ruined my Holiday plans for a road trip!<p>My dealer can't get answers. Customer Relations has not responded to my 2 E-mails. I talked to a CR representative on the 11/11, and left a message for a supervisor on 11/17 and had no response fto either.<p>Monday Morning I start rattling cages! Anybody got any suggestions for who's I might rattle? Phone, or E-mail would be great. I'm in Reno, Nevada, but my current dealer is in Sacramento, CA.<p>I already have Jim Oldham's(sp) phone number who I think is the Area executive for my dealer whatever that means. <p>Thanks.

He's a starting point - the only one who I have on paper replying to me. I believe them all to be worthless (as I relayed to an "independent survey firm" yesterday), but I can't think of anyone else. Everyone with the last name Williams or Jenkins has done nothing for me (including, but not limited to, making my situation WORSE with my dealer, failing to send along a type-written explanation of the manufacturer-franchise agreement that turns my scenario into a civil suit, and generally not responding in any given timeframe).<p>I gave up, but my problems weren't specifically automobile-related...<p><br>-josh
