Previous allroad was not 30 cubic feet, either.

The new allroad has 58 cubic feet of space in the back with the seats down ---- an increase of 8 cubic feet over the B8.5.

I've seen it in numerous sources. It's 505 Liters which is 17.8 cu. ft. i'm not sure if they've changed how they measure it since capacity has increased with seats down. B8 was 27.6 fwiw. I doubt it's that much smaller as overall capacity is bigger and rear seat legroom only increase less than an inch.

It probably is due to them just measuring below the luggage compartment cover but I assume that is removable.

Quote from review:

"The luggage compartment offers 505 liters (17.8 cu ft) of storage space. Total capacity with the rear seats folded down and loaded to the roof is 1,510 liters (53.3 cu ft). The power luggage compartment cover and the electric drive for the tailgate are standard. Audi offers sensor control as an option. Customers can also order a pivoting trailer hitch that extends electronically at the push of a button."

You cannot convert just convert liters to cubic feet to calculate cargo capacity.

58.5 cubic feet is the official cargo number for second row folded flat. Ground clearance is 6.5 inches as stated earlier.

Not yet. I should be able to have all specs next month when the dealer training should be available.

What are your thoughts and expectations on how the new Allraod will sell here in the U.S.? Since wagons generally don't sell too well here, sales of the current gen have been low. It's a shame because nearly all the reviews of the Allroad are positive, but everyone wants CU's and SUV's these days.

Probably not well. People prefer the Q5 which is cheaper. We have 2016 Allroads that have been in stock nearly 300 days.

Yikes! Now that you mention it the dealership where I bought our Q5 and A6 has had one in front that has been there for months.
