Thanks - and these were what I thought I was getting. These are way nicer, sharper and classy than the ones I got. Said it before and I'll say it again, it's my fault for not inquiring into exactly what lights I'd be buying. I had no idea any others were even available. However, I also think that when I asked for an estimate for the Audi ring puddle lights, it is not an unreasonable expectation for Eurotech to have mentioned these were not OEM's.

Just out of further curiosity, are these simply a snap in install, or is it more than that?

The most difficult part was getting the original ones out. The Audi instructions are real simple- pop it out by pushing a small straight blade screwdriver in, to push the plastic tab back. The youtube videos were more explicit, and it looked real simple there.

The reality was that mine were in there so tight that I cracked one pulling it out. But putting the new one in was a snap.

The video helps to let you know which end of the light to push in on (HINT- look at its relationship to the door speaker).

Thanks, couldn't be more simple. Mine looks more like the cover image in that video, though not as bright and defined. Not my cup of tea and when the OEM's become available, I think I'm going to get them.
