I don't know enough about your motor to help you out too much mate.


I have read a few horror stories about PCV system issues that can cause strange running problems. My 2.8 was pissing oil due to clogged ventilation lines...


Still... I am on the back end of a long shift at work. I will poke around the interwebs and try to see what I can glean. Hopefully someone else here with experience with this particular motor can shed some light on possible common issues.


The worst part of auto maintenance and repair is diagnosing a problem. Fixing it is usually easy.
