Hey guys, about to do a diff and gearbox fluid change on a
98 A4 quattro manual v6. does front drivetrain share fluids?
Trying to get up to speed with this car as I just bought it, first time working on an awd car so, does this have a front, center and rear diff? And does the gearbox share the same fluids as the front/center diff as well?

Yes, manuals have the diff, and the transfer case all built into one unit sharing fluid. The Autos are the strange ones with all three being separate.
