If you use an in-line spark tester similar to this one at Harborfreight, Search results for: 'in-line spark tester' or taking out the spark plug and ground it to the engine block and see if you have sparks. If either one does not indicate spark then you have an ignition module issue.
The ignition module is located in the center of the engine closest to the radiator after removing your plastic V6 engine cover. You can get one at a junkyard or order one on Ebay. Just to let you know that I have the same car with 335,000 miles and still had no issue with the ignition module.

changed that already. changed out cam shaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, icm, coils, ecu and checked all fuses and relays. Nothing I do seems to change anything.

I had my 1996 Audi A4Q sat around in the garage for about 9 months. It has spark but not sure if the fuel pump was working. I lowered the back seat and accessed the fuel pump cover under the trunk carpet. I pull up the plug and saw the plug has corrosion. I cleaned it up and replugged back in. Then the car fired right up.
What you need to do is to have fuel, spark, and air have the engine start up. Your lack of spark doesn't sound right. How did you check that you have no spark?

Did you just unplug one spark plug or did you try the others and none of them have spark? I was thinking that if you only pull one, that could be a bad plug. You have changed almost everything so I can not see why the car does not have spark.
