HD radio...

What is the easiest way to get HD radio on my 99 A4? Is their a set up I can get to do this other than using an I-Phone?

I think I've seen a plug that replaces your (or splits with your) rear-mount CD changer. What stereo is installed in yours? Are you wanted to have controls for HD Radio on your deck or just the stream of sound/music from a specific channel?
