Tranny and Diff Oil change question...
Obviously the tranny fluid and the synchro fluid are changed when you drain the oil out of there. My question is does the front diff and the center Torsen diff fluid all share the same resivoir as the transmission? I just want to make sure I change all the fluids. My first gear is getting noisy with 85k on the car. I just want to make sure I'm getting all the fluid changed before I make the attempt.
Also, the consensus seems to be Redline MT-90 for the tranny, I just want to double check as there some comments about sulfer additives being bad for the synchro and some people complaining that their tranny is really hard to shift after a fluid change. Just want to double check, maybe MT-90 has no sulfer, not sure.
Thanks!
