Hi All,

I just picked up a 08' A4 2.0T, Interior looks really good except for the fact the "card hold" on the dash is stuck open. Well it will shut when you jam a piece of paper in there. My question is, are the card hold and cup holder of the same style interchangeable? I could always use an extra cup holder. Also my card holder is on the right side of the dash. Thank you!

IMO, cup holder above all the electronics is a recipe for disaster (think liquid falling into major electrical parts).


My B6 has cup holder and card holder, my B7 has two card holders. You should be able to remove and mix and match as required - see link above

Hello Well it is for the wife and I never use the card hold, looking at the prices I may just leave it alone. I am not worried about the fact that it could drip because the wife only drinks bottle water with the cap on. I may just go with the card hold, but anything is better than that piece of paper holding it shut.
