Aftermarket backup camera installed but...
Hi. I have a 2008 Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro S-Line. I installed a wireless camera with a separate monitor on the dash. I wired the monitor on the dash to the fuse panel with an add-a-fuse connection. I connected the camera with a relay, due to PWM, to the reverse lights for signal to turn on and it's drawing power from the 12v accessory plug in the trunk.
The screen shows the camera feed properly when first turned on for a couple of minutes, but after the cars been on more than a few minutes, it won't show anything when put in reverse. Wondering if this is some strange power issue/wiring issue or what. These cars due have some funky wiring, etc.
Hoping somebody has some ideas/suggestions. Thanks
