My Audi S4 2000 Jerks from parking to drive and while driving down the road between 2-3rd gear it will jerk too? Whats the reasoning?

Could be a lot of things but it may be as simple as your transmission fluid is low. I had that issue once, and I ultimately had to replace the transmission control module and flush/replace the transmission fluid.
