Default Location of Crankshaft Position Sensor

Hello guys new here to this world so pretty excited anyway down to the important stuff!!!

I have an 08 Audi a4 2.0T FSI automatic and recently I was doing my oil change and all when I go to turn on car it took a minute of cranking and it turned on but I noticed it was revving at 1100rpm i thought that was odd and boom CEL comes on.. So i take it for a drive and its driving like crap barely picks up any speed and at all times RPMs are super high and it would change gears at high RPM i had to let go of Throttle and then it would change gears FML so I get back home turn it off. I go to turn it on and Nothing this bad boy will not turn on at all so luckily I have a Vag reader and so I got code 00802 which I Uploaded a pic sooo pretty much if im not wrong means the Crankshaft Position Sensor AKA Speed Engine Sensor is not working... Sooo the million dollar question is WHERE THE HELL IS THAT SENSOR LOCATED AT!!!!!! I cannot find it for dear life soo please if someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Default Besides oil filter housing

You will need a light and mirror to see it but you will be able to feel it on the block beside the oil filter housing close to the filter area

i thought the crank position sender was on the end of the crankshaft on these? You have to take the gearbox out to replace it as its part of the crank shaft oil seal?
