Clutchplate

Hi everyone, this is my first post :-).

I'm pretty happy with my A4, but was wondering whether there were any good upgrades (best bang for the buck) to increase the HP and torque. Also maybe lessen the very distinct power band of the turbo (nice-to-have).
I was thinking of chipping the ECU, maybe air intakes, exhausts?...
Any advice? What are the worthy upgrades?

Best bank for the buck IMO are APR stage I and sport springs. Intake and exhaust will not do too much for HP or torque with the stage I. A good set of tires can also make a big difference.

You could go stage II or III but more involved and costly.

Thanks, treilly. So that's an ECU upgrade? Does any good tuning shop do that? Anyway, I'll look into that.

I think that only authorized APR dealers do the upgrade. You can check on line; I believe ask they ask for your area zip code to locate a dealer. I wish I knew someone who had this done as I am also interested.
