Default 2014 A4 oil level after 5K miles. What should I do?

Hello all,
I have a dilemma need an advice, currently I have 9260K miles on my car. Oil level please see the image attache.
My dilemma is:
Should I change the oil at 10K (each 5K)
Add some oil
Leave it as is and wait till 15K
Take it to a dealer for the oil consumption test?
Actually, when is the good time to do the oil consumption test?

Thank you all in advance.

Addition to the post above:
Recently I had a loaner 2015 A4. I have check oil level 260 miles before next service and level was almost full way above mine. Not sure maybe they just added an extra.

I'm not sure how your indicator is calibrated, but you may find that in the manual. On my A4 dipstick the difference between the MAX and MIN markings is about one quart. By that scale you may be about 4-5 oz. low, or as they say in German, "Oil level OK."

Your next scheduled service is 15,000, correct? If so I'd wait, monitor the oil and add 1/2 quart if it reaches the MIN mark. Then discuss it with your dealer when you go in for service.

+1. That's pretty normal oil usage for a 2014 (at least mine burns about that). You've burned less than 1/2 quart so right now it's totally fine.

Actually it's great to see another 2014 that burns a little oil. Doesn't seem to be a consensus or enough drivers reporting in.

The 4 cylinders still consume some oil. We had our 2015 Q5's oil changed last week. Over the past 9000 mile interval, I'd guess it consumed 2/3 quart. No big deal, right?

Dan, you mean you have 9,260 miles on the car, right?

You can check the oil level periodically if you are very concerned about this.

You can purchase a dipstick if you "mistrust" the MMI display.

The car will give you two warning in the display:

1. Engine oil is low, please add oil
2. Engine oil level is perilously low, please stop engine

Hopefully they appear in that sequence

(The car will give you ample warning should you need to add oil regardless of your checking.)

Yes its 9,260K on the car.
What I was thinking is:
If I change the oil every 5K it will be always the same oil and no mix. If it makes any differences.
Or its just a waste of money changing oil every 5K.

Looks like its normal oil consumption according to the previous responses.

Also I was wondering if I should take it to a dealer for oil consumption test.

Your car is burning normal levels of oil. The oil consumption tests were for the B8's that were guzzling a quart every 1500 miles or worse. In fact, if I remember correctly, the official Audi stance was "1 quart per 1500 miles is considered within spec." So you'd have to be worst off before they'd even entertain a test.

For me I would change every 5000 miles which would mean the engine would use almost 0 oil. If you change at 10,000 miles then it looks like you lose 1/2 quart. Although it is well within the OM claims it is still disappointing but then again I would have expected better quality.

What is the "K"? I looks to me like you have either 9.26 million miles on the car or 9,260 kilometers.
