I certainly don't mean to come off that way and certainly am gracious at the fact that they can offer me a loaner at all. I just don't like the fact that I had to scrub down the inside of it just to not be sick to my stomach, and the fact that they gave it to me with a screw in the tire. Someone should be cleaning these things and checking when they come back in each time. I have freinds with Lexus and infiniti vehicles and they say every loaner they have ever driven is spotless inside and out.
Anyway I was just contacted by me dealer that they received another pump and it will be ready today - so it looks like my complaining paid off.
Sorry to those of you who think I'm "over bitchin", just love my car that much!!

im sure your frustraded, i would be too, but lets look at the positives here , your driving a v8 toureg, your putting miles in a car that doesnt belong to you.
take advantage of it! theres thousands of parts in our cars any of them can fail at any time.
sit back , relax and go drive that toureg out in the woods. :-)

Yes a 2007 Toureg - its the V8 model, but it was very dirty inside and its not a 2009 S-Line A4!!
Besides having to get out every time I want to shut the garage door, having to listen to crappy terrestrial radio, not having keyless entry, nav or proper seat/mirror adjustments, and most importantly the ability to charge my iphone - its great.

Anyway . . .
Don't tell me not to be pissed now . . .
Got to the dealer to pick my car up and walked out to the car only to notice 2, inch long gouges in my rear driver side door. They're about 1 inch by 1/2 cm and they're deep.
So now after waiting 2 weeks to get my car back I'm going to have to give it right back for another 2 days and to get it painted - am I allowed to be pissed now??

So let me understand - I write a small venting post in to an Audi forum which I have been very loyal to and very proud to be a part of and I get nothing but ****. Then because I'm not happy with how my dealership is handling the part order (yet as soon as I call AoA, they get 2 of them overnighted immediately) I am some how causing bad karma???
