Hello there!

This is my first post. I have no where else to turn as I've been casually searching for this for what seems like years. So I've come here to ask here for some insight.

I have a 2009 A4 Avant. It's as 'base model' as you can get. I have Audi Concert head unit.

I would like to add bluetooth to make/receive calls. I would also like to stream music.

I found the FISCON Basic Plus would be the perfect fit, but the reviews I've read are spotty. Terrible A2DP sound quality is common complaint.

Are there other options available similar? And, what OEM parts do I even need if I wanted to try that route? Also, anyone with a FISCON unit corroborate the music sound quality?

I picked up a viseeo tune2air player that connects right into the jack in the glove box. It works pretty good so far and the music streaming is not all that bad.

I second this.

I just received mine last night and it works like a charm. If you already have BT for phone in your Audi but not streaming music. There is one thing you must set to get it to work with your existing Audi BT. There is an option you must unclick that states to use the Viseeo for phone. If you unclick it, after you have gone through linking your phone to it, you must then go back into your phones BT and connect to both your Audi BT and the Viseeo BT. Yes, you can be connected to at least two BT connections as once. When this is done, it will then work seamlessly with your Audi's BT. So if you are listening to streaming music via your phone and Tune2air, and a call comes in and over the Audi BT connection, it will automatically switch between the music and the call and back again.
